Validation of the claims is the favorable statement along with DENIAL of Otiko's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim.

A credible judicial ruling and a news release appropriately summarizing the ruling is not something the SEC would consider manipulation.

Explain to everyone how having your case dismissed in US District Court is a favorable ruling for you? This needs to go directly to the SEC to be investigated for an attempt to manipulate stock prices and mislead investors to invest in your company. IMO.
