No this is the completion of SCOTTRADE merging into TD AMERITRADE nothing more.

As this is a HUGE HUGE HUGE merger TD AMERITRADE is having problems in transferring everything from our SCOTTRADE accounts over to our new TD AMERITRADE accounts has nothing to due with any kind of payout.

Just a fluke that the merger occurred at this time.

This merger was announced about 9 months ago and the final date was given around 6 months ago.
