Again the FDIC looming as the detriment to the distribution of the SH assets to the escrows holders. The FDIC is definitely the scourge of escrows.

At this time I am much more optimistic about the appreciation of the shares of WMIH this year than the distribution of assets to our "beloved" escrows. The FDIC has shown their true colors more so lately than ever before so they can be trusted to delay the outcome as long and grueling as possible.
