I posted a few weeks ago that Keough was not done. Simple prediction, because without Chris's patents, he is done. His new company Kasten has been set up primarily to sell products using Chris and Phillips formulas. He has to get into Chris's new stuff, because the old stuff didnt work. That is why he abandoned the original patent. I'm sure Keough left that little detail out in the new filing.
