I like a definitive agreemet lots better than a MOU or an LOI, BUT BUT BUT;
IF IF IF it is definitive, why then are there contingent penalties within the definitive agreement IN CASE THE DEAL DOES NOT GO THROUGH???????????????

Lol ,so the shareholders have no say,they got lawyers fighting ..it does sound very similar, but it will just cause a bump to bring it down again..like I said before I don't care I want it to sky rocket which it should of allready hmmmmmmm,but once it hits the street that this will cause a delay price will drop esp. After tomorrow 10th day of above $1..we all will wait and see again
