Not true, since the WAMUQ shares were cancelled upon exiting BK no broker will have any way of determining if you held the shares, only the ESCROW MARKERS will receive shares/cash or any combination of the two.
I do not believe that WMIH can buy the old assets as it was stated in the filings.
I believe WMIH will sell shares to the open market and use the CASH for the subsidiary to purchase the assets, could be NSM or any other subsidiary.
