As excited as I was for this week of UOIP trading and volume to go up. I actually see this as a potential blessing for me whereas I was thinking this type of outcome would be disastrous. If there are some scared position holders that sell off it could be a chance for me to get to the position I wanted to all along but never quite got there. I will sit back and watch and either way i'll be happy, because if it falls to a certain threshold i'm buying more and if not i'll be happy we are making progress. This IPR turned out to be kind of bullshit in my opinion, Cisco's argument seems so baseless and the judge kind of just went with them in this case because of an "experts'" opinion. Our expert seems to have given up and given in to the bs argument that Cisco's expert brought up towards the end of their respective testimonies. Either or I think we are still making good progress and now we dont have much to worry about from Cisco anymore. They made their last desperate attempt to get some sort of success in this disaster of their's and finally got some sort of positive news for them to get a little leverage on settlement or buyout talks with Carter. However Carter also knows this the last attempt Cisco could impact the case in anyway so he still wont be hesitant in his confidence with the case in my opinion.
