kenw, "Several people on this board": the SUSPICIONS of ALL this board, if mailed to SEC, wouldn't even BEGIN to compare to the CONCLUSION of a MAJOR EXCHANGE and AFTER they reviewed all the evidence GTE supplied for their vindication.
My hope kenw, is Rocky's idea that GTE just didn't have (prior) the proper personnel to navigate regulatory waters.
