DG, very good question as I am wondering the exact same thing. One has to assume of the 65B, most would be in cash by now.
And if one assumes we only had the very minimum participation rate which many of these show to be 25%, then the number should be substantially higher than 600M.
However, as you posit, this could be a test. The only way we learn anything is through the passing of time and filings. Just trying to realistically connect something!
