I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I figured out early on that this board is full of a lot of talkers and not a lot of doers. Lack of effort and a ton of effort in the wrong directions. There is some good information at times but some pure lunacy other times. I get it as this thing has been a torturous process for the past 7 or 8 years. I reached out to Levy and Fahy and they wouldn't respond. Why would they? So I went to an legal expert, paid a decent buck, and went over the Fibertower, FCC, ATT timelines with them along with various documents. He interpreted it that common shareholders are in line for a a payout. Now the payout amount is unknown but he did conclude that shareholders will get a cut of this in the end.
I am sure atedmac if he went to an attorney has discovered the same thing. I am going to assume this moves very quickly. AT&T has already committed to 5G in 3 areas and has a bunch of others listed for 2018. Cheers to all you long timers here.
