The 10K is a report of the past. Nothing to do with the present loan of 4.28 million and how that will be invested to expand the company in the near future. I agree with you though that the 10K will likely cause selling by shortsighted investors looking at the past and give us an opportunity to buy their shares at cheap prices. Then three months later they will be wishing they had thought it through and held. Well that's the market for you and I also have dry powder to take advantage of this 10K event. Three months after the fact they will be sorry they sold but six months later they will be a lot more than just sorry.
