I attended one of the webinars, but I think I fell asleep after 10 minutes. I didn't find anything terribly new or exciting.

Weren't our RSM's supposed to do this work ??????

I get real jittery when people train other people and then walk away thinking they have "done my job" .... were those RSM sessions followed up on ? how were they supported ? what were their incentives ? how were they kept motivated ????

Smacks of an organization that rewards actions rather than results.
