In response to an email in which I was saying I was surprised that the 8K dated February the 20th was signed by Everett Dickson while he resigned for several months
My interlocutor at Bridgeport Group told me this

"there are duties that Mr. Dickson must fulfill prior to his exit.
These duties will probably take up the next 3-4 months. Upon execution of our definitive agreements, Mr. Dickson will be handling “only” the issues related to audits and Edgar’s."

So Everett Jackson now has a very small role in the newly created company
