Note: I ask them if they'v got to move the shipping crates and they said yes. IMO that requires heavy equipment; then a GH frame needs be brought in and erected. I ask if it's going be two-tier and they said it's currently being determined and should be to adhere to retro-fit.

If it was an LOI and had 4M$ loan attached to it with/from REI, which is what I seen on that 8k.

Then St. George replaced it.

I may be wrong; are they one-n-same?
