So I guess YOUR saying that MYDX is providing false information to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission since the last 8-k they filed on 2/13/18 using that same address that you are saying is CLOSED? I believe you are incorrect. You can see the same address in their filing below:

I believe someone posted on this board a few months ago about a hazardous environmental incident occurring at or near the office building that forced some or all occupants to vacate the premises. I have no idea what the resolution of the situation meant for the lease holders and it sounds like you don't either. Please let us know if you get more verifiable information. In the meantime I have no reason to doubt that MyDx has a legitimate claim to that address.
