Your telling me that the company lied in their 8K? If you got supposed info from Tom Johnson than share it. Without any information that can be checked and substantiated I will stick to the known facts. Hudson Bay held security interest in patents for the senior secured convertible notes from 2016. Those notes are 100% paid in full. Delcath now owns patents 100% again. End of story.
