As they say the devil is in the details. The wording is very precise and misleading if interpreted the wrong way. Call DCTH's Investor Relations Tom Johnson and ask him, " Are all of DCTH's patents owned 100% free and clear, without any pledged or filed security interests against them, by any individual or entity?"
