Hopefully the delay is due to them seeking to maximize value for the Receivership and not just another delay tactic.

IMO the major hurdle that was overcome was the Globic Settlement with JPM/DB.

Hopefully JPM has been fully cooperating with the FDIC over the last 9 years to unravel the WAMU tapestry.
