Cash already generated gets distributed court registry accts and those created by the TRUSTS up to the date they make the swap for share, THEN we have shares in WMIH in MASS like 1.2 bill and KEEP a VERY GOOD PORTION of the shares in OUR HANDS(something you have been upset about everyone else ending up with shares.

ME I say we get the cash that has been generated to this point then a stock for value swap takes place, AND THEN those assets are properly leveraged at say 10/1 and your stock ya got SOARS!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll take my choice over your choice and it MAKES all the business sense in the world, you either get a little Now over the next 20 years or in 2-5 yrs time ya get a TON with the money being put to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
