Oh so if you’re the CEO of a publicly traded company, it isn’t against the law to only tell certain people information about the company that would nudge them to buy but to tell others nothing? Hmmm... but selling into the bid with too many shares is you’re saying? Idk I think I might be reading the wrong SEC rule book... or you are? Which one makes more sense?
