I agree it is publicity but bad publicity and accurate at that. When you have a company with a majority of users being teenagers and an icon trashes that company there will definitely be followers. Watch Q1 will have a tremendous loss of subscribers which will cost heavily in ad revenue. This is not good at all. Think bigger than just a twitter post.
Kylie Jenner is too old and not within the key demographic. I’m not losing any sleep about what comes out of her mouth. On the other hand, those that are using the app regularly are becoming used to the new design. It’s incredible to me how many snowflakes there are in the world today. They all get their panties in a bunch just because things change a little and they can’t handle such a “huge” inconvenience of having to learn something new. The company has every right to try new and different ideas. I give them credit for trying. It’s not the end for this company, it’s just the beginning IMO.
