Not only that, she was just reflecting what was already happening. I have four kids ranging from 17-28, and they were already moving on from Snap after the update, and apparently so were their friends. My son is now using instagram for what snap used to do. This will become like a domino effect. If snap doesn't undo the update, I have to think another company will have a chance to fill the void.
