VICT announced they purchased North Texas Builders & Remodelers on Jan 24. I called the companies number and asked if they had been acquired by Victura, click, hangup. At htis point, I don't see anything that is verifiable so I question if they have any revenues. Curious as to how you value it at .04 when they have significant losses that they reported?
