You are right, this is a real company, with a real ledger and 8M in annual revenue. It's just seriously mismanaged and structured.

On paper, this thing is worth $0.04. Unfortunately, it's hard to believe it will ever attain that with their shenanigans. They had to go ruin everything with their fake releases and fake websites.
