I'm being swamped, overwhelmed, and stretched every direction possible in a probate process which includes assets fixed and assets still producing income. Totally not the same type processes but I'm curious does the 'motion for sale' mean they need permission to find or they have a buyer and sell or is it a a notification the sale is complete and funds are in account and distributed to creditors already....?
