No, I believe it is either selling by VLDI to finance operating activities or Convertible Note Holder getting their 50% discount on conversion and selling out for a nice profit.
Whatever it is, it does not appear good, since some sellers are trying hard not to show their hand during normal trading hours to the market. I say sellers only because the price on the majority of these trades were either close to or at the low of the day. Yes the dollar amount may appear small, but in comparison of the daily trading its has ranged on average from 30% to over 50% of the daily activity.
