Zone 6 is prolly the most lucrative, garland county (hot springs, Arkansas) it has a race track, casino, lake Hamilton and about 25,000 residents that meet a qualifying condition (there are 17 for Arkansas) but I also head that there is one zone withered the applicant pool is less than 10 or so so I wish we knew which zone
