I have been thinking this for a while now. The company is not promoting their achievements and all announcements are done via blog instead of PR (much different). So it appears like a deliberate attempt to not push share price.

Last November a stock blogger posted a rumor about LM merging with a "Fortune 500" company. The blog was removed in 24 hours, for some reason.

The more this remains quiet, the more I think this is likely.

Explain how this would work. If we were to merge with another company what weould happen to the share price and what would happen to our shares?
