I read somewhere but can't find it now that the companies submitting their trial to clinical trials.org would have an option to check a box to show if their drug is available as right to try.
Can Anyone confirm?

BAS, FYI - Last spring I spoke Naomi of Goldwater Institute about Right to Try.

She explained it is the company that has to take the lead on this and push it with physician and potential patients.

Then I spoke with Anavex IR. They replied later that Anavex does not want to pursue this route currently as it is focused on upcoming trials.
