For the last time insiders, I believe,are selling their ACRL debt , not selling their shares directly.

Nonetheless, the debt becomes equity at a discount and the debt purchasers sell,whack the the ACRL shares out, created out of the debt.

So it wouldn't show up in a 4s ; it is a loophole in my estimation but perfectly legal. Horrible for shareholders as they get massively diluted.

I won't be commenting again on this subject as I have better things to do than repeat myself.
