I stand by my belief: INSIDERS are selling their ACRL debt to third parties and the third parties are s converting the debt to ACRL discounted common shares.

What kind of debt are they selling then? Do you mean company board members and hired professionals?

It's clear this is a deliberate attempt to mislead.

Define "insiders" then, in the context of individuals selling.
