I hope I am wrong. Being a real estate investor I really do. But discussions of privatizing the mortgage market were discussed in 2010. What to with the gse was discussed in the last interview with munuchin in front of congress a couple weeks ago. So we will see I hope I’m wrong.

Its denial basically just added 10-15 years to this fight.

Im still in, as I said a long time ago I’ll only sell at $0 or $20, but dont expect this to be solved in this decade at this point.
