The public Issuer is still Nevada. The only way to re-domicile a public entity is to do a merge out filing which informs the state you are moving the entity to a new state or by doing a merger filing where the surviving entity is located in another state.

I think it would be a good idea to call Gutierrez like I said in my other post just to see what he says.
