The profile on OTC Markets says incorporated in Nevada. Perhaps it hasn’t been updated, or it only lists the State in which the company was originally incorporated. Notice it also indicates that GSFD is not a shell company. So your assertion that the operating entity moved to Mississippi leaving the public shell behind is not supported by the info on OTC.

The entity is active in Mississippi. Are we sure that the domicile of the public company was not moved to Mississippi along with the operating entity?

Even if the separation you suggest did actually occur, GSFD is still an active public vehicle into which an operating company could reverse merge.

I haven’t done any deep research on the company. So I don’t know the answers to these questions. If anyone has done the due diligence, let us know.
