Share reduction automatically adds value to the remaining shares. As twitter has grown from 200 to over 1000 watchers in a couple months, it is safe to assume there are plenty of eyes on this. Judging by the L2 people are loading up patiently waiting for the rest of the heard to join when news hits. Still under the 120 share lock, no reason to sell yet.
