Not one share of CMKX was registered and every pre-lock trade was matched trades. Insiders deposited shares and hit the sell button. Jeff helped facilitate some of Edwards long sales. The only person going to jail will be Hodges for his making a market in CMKX by dumping shares post revocation by scamming people into thinking they would make money later. Maybe you can add lil Kevy West depending on how Kevin helped Hodges dump all of Kevin's shares too.
