I important thing is missing from proposal: not a new CEO candidate. (I don't think that a cheaper office rent is a key question to vote about ...) Unfortunately, SP finished falling down, $1,60 - $1,65 is better than last week deep. I agree that SK & Soon have to avoid lawsuits, so they will do something before. A potentional BO would be good at a raisonnable price.
I hope we'll finish our nightmare soon!
