I think many thing will happen until the annual SH meeting in July, maybe we won't be SHs then. (i.e. a BO happen or the SP would be so high enough to sell) SK could try to avoid to be fired out & to go to jail.
No nomination of CEO yet.
We'll see soon, IMO.

I haven't, but I am sure they are sound and represent the best interests of CYTR and its shareholders since it's a derivative action lawsuit and it just may force SK's hand to finally do the right thing?

Do you happen to recall how Dr. Patterson voted on the recent RS? I wouldn't suppose that he and SK were talking to each other at the time? If so , do you happen to know what SK said to get the RS approved? Does Patterson drop the lawsuit if his proposals are accepted? I'm sure one of the proposals requires SK to step down but we all know SK Will Never Surrender! A Winston Churchill sort of mentality? Meanwhile we wait, holding our bags until final boarding.
