LOL... H2 means July to December, if it’s a done deal then it will takes place somewhere between July - Dec. can be July, Aug, Sept.. December... there’s no way in Hel.. that can happens in July 1st. It can go back to .65 cents becuse it’s long wait and people are not 100% sure if the merger will be approved ...

July starts the 2nd half of the year (the late part), and by your words July 1 is the "earliest" it can be, clarifying that it can be significantly later. Pattern here (in post 2008 wamu-land) is for anything and everything resembling a positive development to take as long as legally allowed, happening at the last moment allowable.

And .65 is just the approximate of where it was recently in our last development vacuum. You've laid out several very valid reasons why price should not retreat that far, however I wonder how they keep it afloat while we bob in the water. I certainly hope you are right and that somehow THIS will be the first time WMIH will not sink during inaction. Sorry, maybe I'm bitter, but I've learned to not be optimistic. If 9 years of ass whooping doesnt beat you down, then you're a stronger man than me!
