IF TS didn't know about SS "agreement" w/ details based on stock priced at closing of Friday 10/6 ; then it would not be surprising to perhaps see him go after SS also..what do you think clawmann.

joedimaggio Can NEOM survive this since it did not close the deal... Can Neom comeback and thrive...or will all this pend on litigation regarding rule violation...?

Joe: I could not agree more. Ts will have to claim that he was unaware of the contributor's pending deal with NEOM. Still, a lot of other interesting stuff may get uncovered during the process of figuring out who may be culpable in this.
