Certailnly, if TS was without knowledge of the contributor's duplicity, TS would have good cause to go after that contributor for involving TS' name and service in such a mess.

The question I'd like answered is, did changewave advise the sell on SS's reccomendation (the contributor) or from TS's "conversation with NEOM mgt"? TS could possibly wiggle out of this by playing dumb and pinning it all on PP/SS, but it might be a tough defense to sell.

That would be interesting Success, yet for the man to have issued and dispersed information through his paid service places himself in the line of fire.

He can claim what ever he wants as far as ignorance goes, but in the end it was his name, his service which issued contrary information for no apparent reason in a 10 day period. It is also his paid subscribers, we shareholders and the company as a whole which have sustained damages.

It is his responsibility to ensure information diseminated from his service is accurate. He can place all the disclaimers about accuracy and the risk of investing he wants, you are paying for his so called professional advice. And when he issues a sell he had better have better information to back that up than; Oh, my friend needed the share price down before the end of the day.

Success - From something I have read here on this board - I was of the opinion, that none of NEOM management has had any recent discussions with T/S, although T/S has stated many times from his "toots", that he was going to have a discussion with NEOM management.

His Friday sell order, states "from talking to individuals in or around NEOM".

That sell order contained misspelled words (S P R I N T), plus many other errors, like the whole thing was rushed up for some reason in order to meet a deadline! I wonder if sell order was a rushed job to quickly meet a deadline!
