Obviously that's not up to me, but the fact remains that Sunset is not in compliance with SEC and OTCMarkets standards.

They are delinquent with the SEC and in a "cure period" with OTCMarkets for their failure to file in accordance with the OTCQB guidelines.

OTCMarkets allows companies delinquent in their filings a cure period of 45 calendar days from the original due date ....
