Who else is going to give us some trust around here, if it's not Tony? It's hard to replace Solomon, but you can fill in the gaps. Hire a human resource manager. And a financial guy. You can make Tony general manager of CA but isn't that almost the same as CEO of SIAF? I don't think there are that many options.
