Solomon is involved in every aspect of the company. Which also explains the many ventures.

Who else is going to give us some trust around here, if it's not Tony? It's hard to replace Solomon, but you can fill in the gaps. Hire a human resource manager. And a financial guy.
You can make Tony general manager of CA but isn't that almost the same as CEO of SIAF? I don't think there are that many options.
