The Agreement provides that the development of the application, which will be undertaken jointly by us and ORACLE, will be completed within one year. We anticipate that development of the application, which has already begun, will be completed within 120 days.
It is currently contemplated that once the application is available to be marketed to ORACLE customers, the Parties will prepare and distribute a joint press release.
Won't see an Oracle PR until late summer, and may not see revenues for this venture until 2019. Like the product/potential, but that is a long time to wait for most investors. Might be able to buy in cheaper in the coming months as hype fades. Jmo
