Approximately 15 to 20% of shares are owned by people posting on this ihub message board. This is a Fact as I have names and contact info.

Several of us did coauthor a letter to the CEO last Fall. The 4 of us behind the letter own about 11 or 12%.

I am wary of an outsider to Vtsi just looking for a quick score so your friend contact would have to prove to us that he is more than that.
