Hotmeat, the deal said that WMIH has to be listed on the major exchange and then we deduct the $4 dollar PPS price. Why can't they set a fixed price that NSM SH will get or set the number of shares of the future merged company that NSM SH will receive?

Can you please clarify this: after the merger, do we have one stock or 2 stocks? I think it is the former and it does not make sense for NSM SH to get shares of the old company.

They should have said that for every share of NSM stock, you will get XYZ shares of the merged company.
