IF You Really Have a Non-Margin Account, Talk to TD Ameritrade immediately to give back your stock or tell them you'll sue for Financial Crimes. Per SIPA, they cannot do this to you unless you had a Margin call.. SEC has no teeth and they rarely act to protect individual investors like us. Good luck.

Zulual: I am guessing you must have pissed them off in some way. They do have the right to close out accounts of people "FOR CAUSE". That means if you called them and cussed out an agent or sent them a threatening letter or anything similar. From your posts before they advised you they were going to do that. My only question to you is "Did they close out your entire account or only your Lehman CT's?"

There are many people here that have accounts with Ameritrade including me and NO ONE but you have had problems like that. Leads me to believe you did something they did not like.

Just IMO.
