I told them that they have no rights to set “restriction to buy” mark to my account, only I had evidence of fraud. They “may” terminate my relationship if I did something wrong. No one could give me a reason or answer every time I called them. My phone were transferred to answering machine saying there is no reason will be given.
Yes, filing complaint to SEC will not help me to prevent those security fraud. We can see no big guys were sent to jail after financial crisis in 2008.
