Moordi we have the same beleif...you have found the key as that is now in my belief... this is how it goes down...in speaking with BBAN OTHERS TODAY it is my contention that it has to go down this way.....it cant any other way. TRIPLE reverse triangle though all the Wands and is a share swap with cash ....I will wager that is how it happens.

I think that the next merger/acquisition has to be very good to move the price up to 4. This time, the NSM deal is not very well understood for people who don't follow the WAMU BK closely - in fact, SA wrote it as a bad and dilutive deal for NSM. The only reason that the stock jumped to 1.30 instantly is because that the price that's the conversion price for KKR preferred.

So it's good news in disguise that something better than the NSM deal has to be announced.
